Clearing out a parent's or grandparent's home is one of the hardest things to do on your own. We've helped Helderberg families do it kindly — taking the time it needs, keeping the things that matter, and sending the rest on to charities that made sense to them.
How it works
No rush, no pressure, no awkward fees
We come and look first. Estates are different from a normal collection — the volumes are bigger, and there are usually things you'll want to set aside for family. We pop round, walk through the house with you, and agree what stays and what we take. No charge for the visit.
You point — we load. When you're ready, we come back with the trailer (and a bigger one if needed) and clear the rooms you've decided on. Furniture, kitchenware, books, clothes, garden gear, the lot. Spread it over a few visits if that's easier.
The good stuff goes on doing good. Useful items go to the local charities we work with — or, if there's a cause that mattered to your loved one, we'll do our best to send things their way instead. Just tell us.
Anything valuable. If we spot something we think is worth selling rather than donating, we'll flag it for you. You decide whether to keep it, donate it, or pop it through our We Sell, You Earn service so the proceeds come back to the family or the charity of your choice.
Why free? Because the value sits in the things themselves. Onward sales fund the local charities we support — and three brothers learning how to run a real business along the way.
We're not in a hurry
Take a few days, take a few weeks. We'll come back as many times as you need.
